my neck aches..grrr..

I was having a typical sunday evening last night watching TV and preparing my things for mondays work when suddenly my neck aches so much that when I move it sideward, I felt it would break and my tears would fall. This signals me to go to sleep earlier than the usual. At dawn I struggle to move my neck, it still aches..ggrrree, I was thinking of having a sick leave but mondays are busy days and my boss is going to Japan so a lot of things to prepare waiting in the office. I have to sacrifice it.

At the office, our main problem is our disconnected internet connection.Whats wrong with that ISP we have subscribed..gree..Ive been calling then the other week and they make promises that they would fix it. Until now, non of then showed up, it makes me pissed off, I have to do it with a dial-up. Right now, I'm waiting for the files to attached at my boss email noting that its in MB...its already pass dinner time. I'm not pissed off because I have to do overtime, its because I have to do it using a dial-up. its like compairing an email and a snail mail. What a life.

soooonn...free office software..

Internet search king Google and US tech giant Sun Microsystems said on Tuesday they were teaming up to offer free spreadsheet and word-processing software online in a head-on challenge to rival Microsoft.

The two companies announced a deal under which they will allow all web users to access Sun's OpenOffice -- its equivalent to the dominant Microsoft Office program --from any personal computer.

wow... multi-national company rivalry could at least benefit us, their customers...

change in OS

Recently, Internet cafes were raided by authorities (with representative from Microsoft pa jud DAW!). Even schools did not let them pass. I remember back then, we have to pay high tuition fees because of these license, and our computers in our schools are running windows NT when most computers are already into windows XP.

The sad part is, my computer broke down, as in my hard disk crash... I went to a store to look into there computer and they even give me a quotation on there product to my liking. I got out the store with a drop shoulder...of course, its not cheap to buy a new pc. then, Im quite excited to think that maybe a new pc with a Linux operating system would be quite good...what yah think ha???

After the raid, I read news that some internet cafes are shifting there OS to Linux whixh is a free ware, unlike Microsoft Windows and Unix which are proprietary. Mmmpphh..I want to look around to see if an internet cafe are really shifting to Linux.

Its been quite a while, have not read a book or novel. Its because I'm so darn tired when I got back from work and too little time to spend on reading, and television, it disturb me but have much fun while watching my favorite shows. My father would keep saying, wow..or grabe noh or halaka while watching Mundo Magic of AXN every Tuesday. I would tell him, "pa baka one day that magic really facinates you and eventually think of having a table on the plaza displaying your magic tricks...hehehehe"..my father would just smile at me.

At time when we were busy juggling these five aspects of our life like family, work, friends, spiritual life and others. Some people say that work is made of rubber ball and family and friends or love ones are made of glass. When you drop the rubber ball, it will just bounce back, but if these balls made of glass will slipped in your hands, obviously these will break and you may not be able to recover it. So, set priority and be responsible with it.

IPAG makes cultural history in PMA show

The MSU-IIT Integrated Performing Arts Guild (IPAG) is the first cultural
group to ever perform for the Philippine Military Academy (PMA). A packed
gymnasium of officers, foreign military guests, cadets, and their families gave
the IPAG a rousing standing ovation.IPAG performed last Oct. 1 its celebrated
repertoire of Mindanao stories and dances.Visibly impressed, the PMA
Superintendent Lt. Gen.Cristolito P. Balaoing asked all cadets who originally
came from the MSU-IIT and Iligan City to come up on stage and be part of this
historic occasion of sorts. A number of these cadets were once enrolled in the
various colleges of the Institute.IPAG is currently on its 2nd leg of a national
tour in Baguio City still drawing crowds in the University of Baguio gym and
other venues in the City of Pines.

Im sure, one of those PMA'er who went up stage is my friend, 1st class CDT. Charo Española, who hails from Polomolok, South COtabato. Bring it on girl...few months from now, you will be one 2nd LT..I will pray for your success..
